Umm...

What made me think I could design my own sweater?
I mean, really?
I went and bought all this great gray yarn, under the misguided notion that I'd design the perfect sweater for moi.
Dumb Ass.
That's what I am.

Better change the subject....

The sun actually made an appearance today. As I was leaving work even. How's that for a good omen?
Now if it would just stay out and warm everything up, so I could pull some weeds in my flower beds, that'd be great. They're all overgrown and crappy looking.

I am still knitting away on the itty bitty baby kimono. I am, in typical Lori fashion, making the whole thing harder than it has to be. If I would just mark my spot in the directions when I'm done, it would be so much easier when I pick it up the next time. But oh no, of course I don't, and then have to guess at where I was. There's been some unknitting going on here, people.
Once that little sweater is finished I really should finish off my cool cardigan that I started 15 years ago. In order to do that I will need to first find the thing. I'm sure I put it in a very safe place. It's probably hanging out with my little doggie's nail clippers~I put those away awhile ago too.

Well, I'm off to go play a bit of 'Bejeweled 2', this obnoxious game I found on Yahoo. I love it and can't wait to play it, and once I've started I can't stop!
